Restaurant-Style Sliced Baked Potatoes: Crispy, Cheesy, and Irresistible

☆Ingredients:

4 large russet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

☆Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. You can peel them or leave the skin on, depending on your preference.

Slice the potatoes thinly, but not all the way through. To make this easier, you can place chopsticks or wooden spoons on both sides of the potato to act as a guide for your knife. This prevents you from slicing all the way through the potato.

Place the sliced potatoes on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Drizzle the seasoned olive oil mixture over the sliced potatoes, making sure to get the mixture in between the slices.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the potatoes.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-55 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden brown and crispy.

Once they’re out of the oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.

Serve your sliced baked potatoes hot and enjoy!
