☆Ingredients:

1 pound smoked kielbasa, sliced
8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups chicken broth
2 celery stalks, sliced

☆Instructions:

In a large pot, brown the sliced kielbasa over medium heat, then set it aside.

In the same pot, sauté the sliced celery until tender.

Add the peeled and cubed potatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Bring it to a boil, then simmer until the potatoes are tender (about 15-20 minutes).

Return the cooked kielbasa to the pot.

Stir in the frozen corn and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the corn is heated through.

Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
