Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole

☆Ingredients:

4 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup ham, diced
1 cup onions, finely chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

☆Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Boil the sliced potatoes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, sauté the diced ham and chopped onions until they are golden brown.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Layer half of the boiled potatoes in a greased baking dish.
Spread half of the sautéed ham and onions over the potatoes.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, ham, onions, and cheese.
Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
