4 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
