☆Ingredients

For Oreo Crust:

36 Oreo cookies (ground)
½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
For Chocolate Layer:

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup granulated sugar
3 ¼ cups cold milk
2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ½ cups frozen whipped topping (thawed)
Mini marshmallows (for topping)

☆Instructions

Oreo Crust:

In a bowl, combine the ground Oreo cookies and melted butter.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
Chocolate Layer:

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Gradually add in ½ cup of cold milk and mix until well combined.
Stir in one container of the whipped topping and mix until smooth.
Spread this mixture over the Oreo crust evenly.
Chocolate Pudding Layer:

In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and the remaining cold milk until it thickens.
Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 5-10 minutes to allow the pudding layer to set.
Finishing Touches:

Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set, before serving.
