☆Ingredients:

1 prepared pie crust
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs, lightly beaten

☆Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; mix until combined.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
In another bowl, combine chopped pecans, corn syrup, melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 2 lightly beaten eggs. Mix well.
Gently pour the pecan mixture over the cream cheese layer in the pie crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Remove from the oven and allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack.
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before serving.
