☆Ingredients:

1/2 cup (60g) roughly chopped pistachios or preferred nuts (optional)
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
12 ounces (340g) good quality white chocolate, chopped or chips
1 cup (150g) dried cranberries

☆Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly to the desired thickness.
Sprinkle dried cranberries over the melted chocolate. Add chopped nuts if using.

Let the bark sit at room temperature until completely set, usually 1-2 hours.
