☆Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
200g cream cheese
1 can pineapple slices
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg

☆Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the egg and beat well.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
Spread half of the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Arrange pineapple slices on top of the dough.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth, then spread it over the pineapple slices in the pan.
Spread the remaining dough over the cream cheese layer evenly.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
