☆Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings of your choice (e.g., shredded cheese, bacon bits, sour cream, chives)
4 medium-sized russet potatoes

☆Instructions:

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Slice the Potatoes: Place each potato on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, make several parallel cuts along the length of each potato, stopping about 1/4 inch from the bottom. Be careful not to slice all the way through.
