☆Ingredients:

For the Meatloaf:

1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten

For the Glaze:

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup ketchup

☆Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, diced onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf shape.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.

Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the remaining glaze over the top.

Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) and the meatloaf is cooked through.

Allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Serve slices of this savory meatloaf with your favorite sides and enjoy the irresistible flavors of the tangy brown sugar glaze!
