☆Ingredients:

4 cups shredded cabbage
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen unbaked dinner roll dough, thawed

☆Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft and translucent.
Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until it’s tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well to combine, then remove from heat.
On a floured surface, roll out each thawed roll dough into a 5-6 inch circle.
Spoon a generous amount of the meat and cabbage filling onto one half of each dough circle, leaving a small border around the edges.
Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-circle shape, then press the edges firmly to seal.
Place the filled dough pockets onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Enjoy
