Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

☆Ingredients:

6 slices of bacon, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
8 ounces of pasta (such as penne or rotini)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

☆Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
In the same skillet, add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and ranch dressing until well combined and the sauce is creamy.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta and crispy bacon to the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is coated evenly with the sauce.
