☆Ingredients:

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod, haddock, or pollock)
1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, beaten

☆Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Cut the fish fillets into strips, approximately 1 inch wide and 3-4 inches long.

In a shallow dish, combine the whole wheat breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.

Dip each fish strip into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.

Coat the fish strip with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs adhere to the fish.

Place the coated fish strips on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each strip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.

Serve the crispy oven-baked fish sticks hot with your preferred dipping sauce, such as tartar sauce or ketchup.
Enjoy
