☆Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

☆Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large sheet pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
Arrange the thinly sliced potatoes in an even layer on the sheet pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes, ensuring that each slice is coated evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
Cover the sheet pan with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
