1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 large eggs
1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional: whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving
