☆Ingredients:

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

☆Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5 minutes, until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth and thickened.
Stir in the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Season the cheese sauce with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked cauliflower to the cheese sauce and stir until evenly coated.
Pour the cauliflower mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
