12 asparagus spears, trimmed
4 slices of provolone cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of prosciutto
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Toothpicks or kitchen twine

☆Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
Flatten each chicken breast with a meat mallet or rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
Season each chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme.
Place one slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast.
Lay 3 asparagus spears on top of each slice of cheese.
Carefully roll up each chicken breast, securing the filling with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
Wrap each chicken roll with a slice of prosciutto, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken rolls on all sides, about 2 minutes per side.
Transfer the browned chicken rolls to the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
