- 1/2 pound of sliced salami
- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
- 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 pound of sliced provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
- 1/2 cup of cooked and crumbled Italian sausage (optional for extra meatiness)
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Optional: fresh basil or parsley for garnish
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
★Instructions
- Preheat Oven* Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Dough* Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.
- Layer Ingredients* Arrange a layer of ham, salami, provolone cheese, pepperoni, and cooked sausage (if using) evenly over half of the dough. Top with roasted red peppers and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Roll and Slice* Carefully roll the dough over the filling, starting from the long edge to create a log shape. Pinch the edges to seal the roll. Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces.
