Classic custard pie made easy and quick

Custard Pie Recipe

★Ingredients

1 cup sugar

3 cups of milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

6 large eggs

1 frozen unbaked puff pastry dough

Dash of nutmeg

★Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick spray.

Place the unbaked puff pastry dough into the pie pan and press it gently against the sides.

In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, nutmeg, and vanilla until well combined. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.

Pour the custard mixture into the prepared pie crust.

Lightly sprinkle additional nutmeg over the top.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the custard is set and the top is golden.

Let the pie cool before serving.
